Shipping & Returns

BASICS
  • We ship plastic-free in 100% recycled kraft apparel mailers with unbleached kraft shipping labels, plastic free tape and teeny notecards made of recycled cotton t-shirts.
  • Orders usually ship 1-4 days after they are placed and take 2-5 days to arrive. All orders over $50 come with tracking which you'll be emailed automatically when your order ships.
  • We do not offer expedited shipping due to the giant carbon footprint of fast shipping.
DOMESTIC
  • Free shipping and returns within the USA for orders over $50!
INTERNATIONAL
  • Free international shipping and returns for orders over $250
  • We do accept returns internationally, but our system isn't able to send a return label. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
RETURNS
  • For full-price orders in the USA over $50, return shipping is our treat! We'll send you a prepaid label you can print out and ship your garment back to make it easy.
  • Return shipments must be started within 30 days of receiving your package. To start a return shipment, email us at support@danuorganic.com for a return shipping label.
  • We aren't offering cash refunds at this time. We'll send you a digital gift card for the full value of the pieces you are returning that never expires.
  • We do not do exchanges. You can use your gift card to get a different size or style as you wish.
  • We encourage you to wash and dry your garments on warm before deciding about fit because our clothes shrink and we're proud of it. After the first wash, you can continue washing and drying on low but we encourage switching to washing on cool and line drying because it's better for the earth. We still accept returns after they are washed or worn.
  • Scrap bundles and headbands are final sale.
  • Unless an item is noted as FINAL SALE, items purchased during sales can be returned for a gift card but customers must pay to have them shipped back through a shipping provider of their choice.
OTHER
  • Customers are responsible for all fees, duties, taxes, etc. that may be incurred during shipping.If for some reason, you need to cancel your order or change shipping details, email us and we'll do our best. We cannot guarantee cancellation.
  • Items with different lead times will ship separately as they are ready. If you want everything to ship together, send us an email.If we haven't shipped your order yet, we can likely switch the size of the garment. Send us an email and we'll do our best to help.
  • We can easily change your shipping address if you email us, so long as the package has not already been mailed out.
