This is for the mamas who live on the road, on the sea, in a small town without a mothers circle or simply find communing with other mamas online more likely to happen than leaving the house 🙋🏻♀️
I've experienced the transformative support of sitting in circle with other mothers throughout pregnancy and postpartum but living on the move, I yearned for a way to continue connecting with the mama's I've met along the way.
We will begin with a centering meditation then dive deep on an aspect of motherhood followed by a sharing circle and closing.
Meetings will take place on zoom. You're welcome to have your children with you during this. Please just keep your mic muted unless you are speaking. You are welcome to attend at any stage of preconception, pregnancy or motherhood.
