Perfect for home sewers or repairing worn out waistbands, we decided to offer this elastic because of the difficulty it took us to source an elastic made of nothing but organic cotton and natural rubber and waistband sized elastic has been the hardest to source of all.

40 mm is equivalent to 1.6 inches.

Intended for medium to heavy fabric. Sold by the meter. For multiple meters, adjust quantity in your shopping cart.

Also available in 6mm, 9.5mm and 18mm.

INGREDIENTS: 65% organic unbleached cotton, 35% natural rubber

JOURNEY: Organically grown in Turkey and knit in Austria

SIZING HINTS: Elasticity is about 110% and shrinkage is about 5%.
