Returns + Exchanges

If you're not happy with your order, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your package for your money back. Or, if it's been more than 15 days, we will still accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after you’re order has been delivered, but we can only give you store credit that never expires — no money back after 15 days.

It's okay if you wear & wash your clothes to test them out. We'll keep returns until we have enough to do an in-person sample sale.

To get a return or exchange started, email us at support@danuorganic.com. We only want you to keep pieces you love!

Returns will receive money back to the original payment method excluding $6 to go towards covering shipping. Exchanges will ship at no additional costs once we receive your return.

Customers shipping returns from the USA will receive a prepaid shipping label from us. International customer must do return shipping themselves.

The above information applies only to orders placed via danuorganic.com. For return of orders placed at events, we will provide a prepaid shipping label that you can use if you want. If you use the label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. You're also welcome to ship it back by a method of your choice and the full amount of your return will be refunded. Usually using our prepaid label is a bit more cost effective for you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If for some reason, you need to cancel your order or change shipping details, email us and we'll do our best. We cannot guarantee cancellation.
  • If you've placed two seperate orders that are shipping around the same time, we may be able to ship them at the same time. If you wish, you can email us about it.
  • If we haven't shipped your order yet, we can likely switch the size of the garment. Send us an email and we'll do our best to help.
  • We can easily change your shipping address if you email us, so long as the package has not already been mailed out.
