Collection: Underwear

It was summer in the San Francisco Bay and I sat on the sunny deck of my sailboat, hand-stiching the first ever pair or Danu underwear in the midst of my multi-year struggle (now healed 🎉) with autoimmune issues.

Using organic, unbleached fabrics for underwear is essential to me because the intimate parts of our bodies underwear interact with are the most sensitive and prone to issue when wrapped in toxic or non-breatheable fabrics. Nipples that feed babies. Mucous membranes that readily absorb whatever they're in contact with. Parts of our bodies that are sensitive and intimate deserve sensitive and intimate undergarments.

I am so happy to bring these non-toxic undergarments into the world so that they may nourish you now – and the earth where they can safely decompose into soil regenerating nutrients at the end of their lifecycle.
